Headstrong Club

The Headstrong Club was an 18th century debating society operating out of an upstairs room at The White Hart in Lewes whose notable members included Thomas Paine [1][2] and Thomas 'Clio' Rickman.

Modern Re-launch

The club was relaunched on the 30th January, 1987 [3] on the 250th anniversary of the birth of Thomas Paine.
